| 摘 要： | 辣椒在进入中国四百多年间产生了四十多种别称.通过考察这四十多种名称,发现辣椒命名基本符合古汉语植物命名规律,主要来自辣椒来源地与栽培地、辣椒果实形态与性味、辣椒同名异物三方面,以辣椒果实与性味命名的名称使用更为广泛与长久.

| Abstract: | Pepper has been introduced into China for about 400 years, and has more than 40 kinds of names. The article investigated pepper＇s origin and cultivating areas, its fruit shape and flavor, homonym of pepper, and found that pepper-- naming conformed to the ancient Chinese botanical name culture. The appellations which were named from the fruit shape and flavor were used wider and longer than other names. |
