| Abstract: | The principal aim of legislation,the name,the regulating scope and the relationship between the tourism law and the tourism regulatory system reforms are essential issues concerning the legislation of the tourism law.Determined by the multi-aspects of tourism and its nature,the idea of tourist sovereignty should be the principal aim of legislation in the tourism law and the regulating scope of the tourism law should be reasonably determined in order to go beyond the narrow view of the industry litigation.It should also push forward the reforms of the tourism regulatory system. |
