| 摘 要： | 《共产党宣言》是科学共产主义的第一个纲领性的文献，其中包含着对于历史唯物主义法学思想的经典论述。在《共产党宣言》中，马克思、恩格斯运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的世界观和方法论，分析了法的运动的一般规律，揭示了法的本质，提出了法制统一的思想。在建设社会主义法治国家的今天，马克思、恩格斯在《共产党宣言》中所阐述的一系列法学思想仍然具有重大的现实意义，值得我们进行深入的研究和探讨。

| Abstract: | Communist Manifesto is the first programmatic literature of scientific communism which includes the classical exposition on the legal ideology of historical materialism.In the book,Marx and Engels employed the world view and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism to analyze the general rules of law movement,reveal the essence of law and to put forward the ideology of law unification.Today in building a socialist country ruled by law,a series of legal ideology exposed in it by Marx and Engels is still of great realistic significance and is worthy of our deep research and exploration. |
