| Abstract: | The advent of internet makes it very convenient to exchange of legal culture and to ascertain of content of foreign laws, which will enlarge the application of conflict rule in judicial practice and add "result-selecting" conflict rule and affect the nature of conflict rule and hasten convergence process of conflict rule and decrease the number of conflict rule in the private international law rule system. |
