| 摘 要： | 古代商贾文学中官商关系纷繁交杂,概有官商依附、由官而商、由商而官、商人抗官、昏官欺商、明官护商、以法待商等类型。商贾文学中复杂的官商关系现象昭示了商业在整个社会生活的基础性地位,折射出商人地位的历史嬗变,诠释了道德品质之于社会生活的决定性位置。
