摘    要:顶岗实习是高职院校实践教学改革、创新人才培养模式的一个重要环节,但目前的管理类专业顶岗实习运作过程中存在着一些问题,影响学生顸岗实习的效果。广州城市职业学院旅游管理专业课题组依据顶岗实习“校企合作、工学结合”的本质要求和运作规律,结合三年来顶岗实习的运作实践,构建“五方联动,二元一体,全方位评价”的顶岗实习“三阶段”运作模式。

Abstract:Post practice is an important part of practice teaching reform and innovative training model of higher vocational colleges, However, in the current post practice operation in majors of management, there are some issues affecting the effect of students' post practice. With the three years of operational practice of post practice, according to requirements of post practice, i.e. school cooperates with enterprise & work and study combined together, the tourism management group of Guangzhou City Polytechnic builds a three-stage post practice operation mode of five-party interaction, two-party integration and comprehensive evaluation.
