中华女子学院“礼仪与修养”课程的教学实践与思考

摘    要:礼仪与修养教育在当代高校中的重要性日益显现,作为全校公共必修课的"礼仪与修养"课程,其开设受到了学生的普遍欢迎,课程结构较为合理,学生学有所获,课程基本达到学生的期望值。但在教学组织形式、教学内容、教学手段上仍存在一些问题,文章对此进行了反思,提出了今后教学改革与发展的方向:渗透社会性别视角,形成多学科教学团队,进行模块式教学,运用女性主义教学法和建立多元动态的课程评价体系。

Abstract:Etiquette and cultivation of education have increasingly shown the importance in contemporary colleges and universities. As a required course in public school, the opening of it has been widely welcomed by students. The course structure is more reasonable, meeting the basic expectations of the students, who learn and earn a lot from this course. However, there are still some problems in organizational form of teaching, teaching content and teaching methods. Reflecting on this, the article puts forward the future direction of teaching reform such as integration of gender perspective, formation feminist pedagogy, and the establishment of of multi - disciplinary teaching team, the use of module teaching and diverse, dynamic course evaluation system.
