| 摘 要： | 外向型经济的产业转型并不是独立自由的,而是受到全球价值链(GVC)中各经济主体之间的组织形式和关系安排(即治理)的统一约束的。只有从相应的GVC治理模式出发,并把握治理模式动态调整的趋势,才能找到外向型经济转型的适宜路径。珠三角地区外向型经济中的三类主体各自参与的GVC治理模式及其对产业转型的影响,揭示出珠三角转型困境形成的微观激励机制。因此,要破解转型困境不能依靠政府的舆论宣传或者行政命令,而应该通过改变外部因素为外向型经济主体提供转型与升级创造激励和相容的条件。
