论企业的社会利益观

西方企业利益观的发展经历了由唯利是图到主动承担社会责任的演变。而我国企业利益观则存在着严重的极化现象,由计划经济体制下的重义轻利转向现在普遍的重利轻义。对此,必须塑造企业可持续发展的利益观,即要达到义和利的统一。企业要建立可持续发展利益观,不仅自身要具备一定的条件,而且还要有相应的社会条件和环境。另外,企业承担社会责任,也是有一定的限度和范围制约的。

Analysis on Social Benefit Views of the Enterprises

The development of the social benefit views of the western enterprises ranges from being bent solely on profit to active undertaking social responsibility.But the social benefit views of Chinese enterprises exist serious extreme phenomenon: changing from focusing on righteousness while neglecting profits during the times of planned economy to focusing on profits while neglecting righteousness at present.Therefore,it is of great importance to explore the benefit views of sustainable development in order to attain the unity between righteousness and benefit.Thus,not only the enterprises themselves must have specified conditions but also they should be rooted in relevant social conditions and environment.Additionally,there does exist limitation for enterprises to undertake social responsibility.
