高校教师激励机制的现实困境与路径选择

摘    要:高校教师激励机制是现代大学制度的核心。收入、人力资本、权力和压力因素是影响高校教师激励机制的主要因素,文章分析了高校教师激励制度被扭曲与不健全的深层原因,提出了突破目前高校教师激励机制所面临的困境的可行路径,以期实现高校人才资源和人力资本的积累与合理配置。
