教育公正理论框架探讨

教育公正是指整个教育制度体系对于处在这一体系之下的行为主体之间的以自由与平等为其基础的均衡博弈关系。必须融合政府、教育机构、教育者、受教育者等多方的愿望与需求;必须正确地界定政府的教育职能范围、教育机构的法定权限、教师教学权利的正当范围,学生受教育权利的正当范围,并就这四个方面的权利主体构建一个互动的博奕平台。在这样一个制度平台下,各方的权利都应受到平等的对待与尊重。

On the Educational Justice

Educational justice means that the whole education system keeps a balanced competition among its subjects.Each subject,based on equal rights and position,is the premise to realize such balanced competitive relationship.The wishes and needs of the government,education institutions,educators and educatees must be considered together.It is necessary to define the scope of the government's responsibility,the legal rights of educational institutions and teachers' rights,based on which an interactive game platform should be set up so as to ensure the equal respect of the four sides.
