| 摘 要： | 知识型企业是知识经济条件下最具生命力和推动知识经济发展的核心经济单元。与传统的资源型企业有形资源管理相比,知识型企业管理的核心则是对无形知识资源的管理,这就使得企业对于知识载体———知识工作者的管理成为知识型企业管理的核心。本文结合知识型企业组织的特点,从知识管理体系建立、对知识型员工激励以及加强知识型企业流程建设的角度进行阐述,来加强知识型企业人力资源建设,从而促进知识型企业核心能力的可持续发展。
