| 摘 要： | 大力发展社会主义文化事业对高校图书资料系统提出了新的要求,也带来了发展机遇.地方高校图书资料系统凭借自身丰富的资源优势应该成为服务地方文化建设的基地和引擎.目前的管理模式在一定程度上制约了高校图书资料系统服务地方文化建设的功能,应该重新整合和布局,以开放的姿态更好地为地方文化建设服务.

| Abstract: | The quick development of socialist culture not only demands much of the construction of college library information system,but provides it with an opportunity to develop as well.The regional library information system can be a basis and an impetus to prompt regional culture with its abundant resources.Since the present management mode somewhat reduces the enthusiasm of the staff,the system should be integrated and rearranged so as to offer better services to the building of local culture open-mindedly. |
