基尼系数的国际比较表明,中国的贫富差距在世界范围内处于中等偏下水平,20世纪90年代以来,中国社会的农村居民之间、城镇居民之间、城乡之闻、地区之间以及单位之间的贫富差距都在原有差距的基础上有所扩大,调控贫富差距的理论依据是贫富差距必然论和功能论,而调控贫富差距的现实选择是努力增加财富和适当转移财富.

Social Transformation& Difference between Poor and Rich

Through the international comparison of Gini Coefficient,the paper firstly figures that the difference between poor and rich in china is at the middle and sub-middle level in the range of world.Secondly,the authors points out that,in the 1990's,the differences between poor and rich between rural residents,between urban residents,between rural and urban,between different areas and between different units have been enlarged on the basis of former differences.Finally,the author indicates that the difference between poor and rich is inevitable,the difference between poor and rich not only has its positive function but also has its negative function,and the difference between poor and rich will result in some social effect during the course of its development,which compose the theoretical foundations for the control of difference between poor and rich.Furthermore,the practical choice for the control of difference between poor and rich is to increase wealth and transfer wealth properly.
