高校跨文化管理中的协同与融合

摘    要:在借鉴跨文化组织管理的理论和企业跨文化管理实践经验的基础上,提出倡导正确的文化观和文化融合观,在多元文化主体间建立相互尊重和信任的关系,控制文化冲突,协调“国际化”和“本土化”战略等方面的操作性措施的建议,借此控制和化解冲突,发挥多元文化对高校管理和文化的促进作用。

Abstract:In the process of the implementation of the educational idea of internationalization in the higher education institutions and of the internationalization management,the cultural conflicts often arise.Based on the theory on the management of the cross-cultural organizations and the practice of intercultural management in companies,this thesis is to put forward some suggestions and operative measures on the suitable viewpoint on intercultural management and amalgamation,the establishment of the relationship of mutual respect and trust between subjects from different cultural backgrounds,the control over the cultural conflicts,and the strategy of the reconciliation between internationalization and localization,with the purpose of checking and resolving conflicts and bringing into full play the facilitating roles that the multiple cultures play in the administration and the culture of the higher education institutions
