| 摘 要： | 我国高校与企业的科技合作可以充分发挥各自的特点，优势互补，但其合作仍然存在着观念、利益、沟通、机制等方面的瓶颈。应推进企业与高校科研机构的“战略联盟”，建立健全符合市场规律、具有合作和竞争能力的产学研一体化的新体系。

| Abstract: | The university-enterprise cooperation in technology could give full play to their own functions and complement each other＇s advantages. But bottlenecks such as concept, interest, communication, mechanism also exist in the cooperation. We should promote ＂strategic alliances＂ between enterprises and science-technology institutes of universities, build a new comprehensive mechanism of combining learning with research and production, which is consistent with market laws and has the abilities of cooperation and competition. |
