| 汉唐治边方略之比较 | |

| 摘 要： | 汉唐治边方略的相同点,主要表现在汉唐立国之初都制订了类似的安内和外的方略,且带有强烈的为我所用之目的。同时,根据当时政治、军事需要和少数民族自身的风俗特点,汉唐都采取了以夷治夷的方略。汉唐治边方略的相异点,主要表现为,唐代更能娴熟运用以夷制夷及以夷攻夷的方略,同时能根据区域的特点制定十分灵活的管理制度。在战略上,唐能根据地域特点的不同采取不同的进取方针。另外,汉代的治边方略失于僵硬,而唐代的治边方略则失于过度宽松。 |
