产业集聚是当今旅游产业发展最主要的特征之一，是提升区域旅游产业竞争力的重要途径，是增强区域经济综合竞争力的主要方式。运用区位商和产业集聚绩效增长指数．分别测定武陵山经济协作区各主体城市的旅游产业集聚程度和增长态势发现，武陵山经济协作区各主体城市的旅游发展极不平衡。需要从旅游产业空间布局、政府合作以及旅游产品多样化等方面进行战略和结构调整，从而提升该地区旅游产业集聚竞争力，带动区域经济的全面综合发展。

Coordinated Development of Tourism Industry in Mount Wuling Economic Cooperation Zone

The industry cluster is one of the main characteristics of the economic development of the tourism industry nowadays, and is the major way to promote the competitiveness of the regional tourism industry, to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the regional economy. In this article, the location quotient and the growth index of industrial agglomeration performance are respectively used to measure the cluster extent and the increase trend of the tourism industry of each main city among Mount Wuling economic cooperation zone. By comparison we find that the tourism developments are extremely unbalanced among the main cities in Mount Wuling economic cooperation zone, which needs strategies and structure adjustments from the spatial layout of tourism industry, the government cooperation and the diversification of the tourism products, to enhance the area＇s competitiveness of the tourism industry cluster and spur the co mprehensive development of the region economy
