把中国共产党建设成马克思主义学习型政党,基础在各级基层党组织。在大学生中推进学习型党组织建设,增强党组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力,是历史赋予高校的使命和责任。文章阐述了大学生学习型党组织的内涵与特征,分析了在思想认识、制度建设和学习内容等方面的阻碍因素,重点从组织领导、教育培训、条件保障、竞争激励、考核评估等工作机制创新角度,对创建大学生学习型党组织提出了对策建议。

Bringing forth New Ideas of Working Mechanism and Promoting Construction of Learning-oriented Party Organization in College Students

The basis of developing the Communist Party of China into the Marxist Learning-oriented Party should be primary party organizations at all levels.To promote the construction of learning-oriented party organization in college students and to enhance creativity,cohesion and combat effectiveness of party organization are historical missions and responsibilities given to colleges and universities.This paper illustrates the connotation and characteristic of learning-oriented party organization in college students.The obstructive factors on ideological understanding,system construction and learning content are also analyzed in the paper.In view of new working mechanism,such as organizational leadership,education and training,condition guarantee,competition and encouragement,assessment and evaluation etc.,the paper also gives suggestions on how to build learning-oriented party organization in college students.
