| 摘 要： | 中国农村社会由传统向现代蜕变的过程中其纠纷日益复杂化,与之相应的纠纷解决机制也逐渐多元化.同时,作为正式纠纷解决机制的国家法律制度在当今的农村社会纠纷解决过程发挥着越来越重要的作用.国家法律与传统的纠纷解决模式共同建构了当下中国农村社会中的纠纷解决的多元机制.

| Abstract: | Disputes in rural community are becoming more and more complicated day by day,corres-pondingly the solving mechanisms are also gradually getting diversified.State law system,as the official way to solve the disputes,plays a more and more vital role in the current rural community.The state law and the traditional dispute-solving patterns together construct multi-solving mechanisms for the disputes in the rural China. |
