| 摘 要： | 中国的政党制度源于中国社会的发展,是中国民主政治的重要组成部分。根据中国政党制度与中国民主成长的互动关系,中国的政党制度建设只有有效地嵌入国家制度体系,并融为一体,人民民主才能得到巩固与发展;同时,政党制度才能适应国家制度体系运行的内在要求而获得充分的保障与巩固,而政治协商是国家、政党互动的桥梁。
