| 摘 要： | 技术能力是技术创新的基础.20世纪80年代国内外兴起了国家技术能力研究.系统梳理了几十年来国内外学者的主要研究成果,归纳出演化经济学、战略管理、技术创新、组织学习、制度经济学等研究视角,并介绍了其主要内容,总结了该理论在研究对象、技术能力来源、技术能力形成的影响因素等方面的发展状况.分析了国家技术能力理论现有不足之处,如研究视角有待进一步开拓,其内涵缺少动态性特点界定,缺少微观制度因素对其形成的影响分析等,上述不足也是国家技术能力理论未来研究的发展方向.
