In a multiple hetero-urban society,national associations are the major bridges to promote government to communicate with ethnic minorities,the best carriers mediating national relationships and the major tools to safeguard national rights,to protect national culture and consolidate the national internal solidarity.Therefore our government should put emphasis on nurturing,managing these associations,which in turn should carry out organization innovation and system innovation to increase their openness,autonomy and massness,ultimately form a good mutual interactions among government,associations and ethnic minorities so as to improve the success of urban national work,contributing to the construction of a harmonious society.
