| Abstract: | The paper sums up the main forms of corporate avoidance creditor in China and also analyzes the serious consequence of them. Then, on the basis of expounding and evaluating of the present legal system which regulate the corporate avoidance of a creditor, the paper proposes some advices on legislation. |
