摘    要:伴随新世纪的来临和中国入世,国内外市场竞争日趋激烈,企业为适应市场竞争,日益重视通过企业文化建设来提升企业竞争力,中小企业也不例外。从企业文化对中小企业发展的现实意义入手,分析文化建设的必要性,并从企业价值观的培育、特色企业文化的塑造和企业文化的发展等三个方面阐述了新世纪中小企业文化建设的基本思路。

On Small and Medium Scaled Enterprise Cultural Construction in the 21st Century
Abstract:With the new century coming and China's accessing to WTO, there is an increasing competition among the domestic and foreign markets. In order to adapt to the market competition, enterprises begin to improve their own enterprise competitiveness by focusing on enterprise cultural construction. Small and medium scaled enterprises are no exception. The paper analyzes the necessity of cultural construction from the point that enterprise culture affects small and medium scaled enterprise development, and states the basic direction of small and medium scaled enterprises culture construction in the new century from fostering enterprise view of value, creating peculiar enterprise culture and implementing enterprise culture.
