摘    要:该文介绍了知识管理的定义、基本理论 ,重点讨论了知识管理带来的图书馆管理服务工作中的创新 ,当前图书馆管理服务中迫切需要解决的突出矛盾 ,以及解决矛盾的具体措施———以专家型学科馆员为基础的知识管理服务创新 ,学科知识资源整合、导航服务 ,个性化学科专业咨询服务 ,个性化和网络化专业教育培训服务。通过上述措施 ,实现显性及隐性知识共享 ,培养学生的信息素质 ,提高组织学习创新能力 ,达到知识管理的主要目标———提高组织的学习能力、竞争能力、创新能力 ,使组织在竞争中处于领先地位

Abstract:The article introduces the definition and theories of knowledge management,and mainly discusses the service innovation in library. It puts forward measures to solve the chief contradiction which were present in services of library by providing the knowledge resource combination and navigation services, the individulized subject consultation services, and the individulized network subject training services based on expert subject librarian. Based on these measures we can share the implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge, train the student's information characterse, improve the ability of organization and learning, in order to achieve chief goals of knowledge management,i.e. improving organization's learning ability, competitive capacity, creative ability and keeping organization ahead in competition.
