| 摘 要： | 宋朝对茶马互市实施严格控制,各项制度日臻完善。为确保茶马互市顺利开展,宋中央政府制定了一系列关于茶马贸易和管理的法律规制,主要内容以榷茶博马专卖法制为核心,还包括职官管理、市场开禁、茶马价格、入蕃茶禁以及私贩马罪罚条格等具体律令条规,这对保障西北、西南沿边的茶马贸易起了重要作用。

| Abstract: | Song Dynasty exerted tough control over tea and horse trade and every system became more refined.In order to ensure the smooth flow of tea and horse trade,Song central government had framed a series of laws and rules concerning horse and tea trade and management.The main content of the laws centered on monopolization of tea and horse trade.In an addition,it also included issues on the management of officials,the banning and opening of market,the price of tea and horse,the banning of exporting tea to Tibet and smuggling horses.These laws and rules played an important role in ensuring the horse and tea trade in north-western region and south-western region. |
