| 摘 要： | 公共精神是现代公民所应具备的基本精神之一,但这种精神却不会像"理性人"的利益观念一样随着市场经济的发展而自发形成。它的形成是一个复杂的过程,公民社会组织的存在为涵化公共精神提供了平台。它对于公民的责任意识、法治精神、公德意识、参与意识和志愿精神都具有十分重要的孕育、熏染功能,而这些意识和观念正是公共精神的体现。

| Abstract: | Public spirit is one of the basic spirits required by modern citizens,but this spirit cannot develop itself like the concept of interest for rational man that results from market economy.The formation of public spirit is a complicated process and civil society organizations provide a stage for the cultivation of public spirit.Civil society organizations will play an important role in the gestation and influence of a citizen’s responsibility consciousness,legal spirit,consciousness of social morality,sense of participation and spirit of volunteerism. |
