企业并购后人力资源的迅速整合研究

摘    要:整合对企业并购的成败起着决定的作用,而人力资源的整合却又是整合过程中的关键。由此可见,人力资源的整合对企业并购的决定作用。提出实现人力资源的整合的具体措施包括氛围的建立和文化的融合、整合团队、组织制度的建立、人员的去留和激励制度的建立等。将这些因素归纳为软件和硬件两个方面,提出具体的实施方案。

Abstract:Reorganization and harmonization is one of the main reason for the success of M&A,and reorganization and harmonization for human resource is key for the whole process.So we can say human resource is very important in M&A.To realize human resource management,the author suggests that we should build the work atmosphere and harmonization for literature,teamwork and organization system establishment,employee arrangement and career promotion,which are summarized into classified for two aspects of software and hardware.
