| Abstract: | To establish sturdy modern property system in the State-owned enterprises is important to the perfection of socialism market economy. The state-owned assets should be preserved strictly, circulated smoothly and allocated clearly in terms of its property right. Moreover, its authority and responsibility should also be divided apparently, so that the aim can be smoothly achieved to stabilize and increase value of state-owned enterprises, and accelerate the reform of state-owned enterprises as well. |
