论社会变迁与大众的心理适应

社会变迁作为人类社会普遍的一种现象,必然会引起大众心理的转变。由于社会变迁的复杂性,大众的心理适应依照变迁的性质和特点反映出不同的应对方式。本文通过对社会大众心理的分析,认为在制度层面上决策和制度的建立及实施过程中应关注民情、民意和民心;个体层面上应学会审视现实环境,调整心态,积极应对社会变迁。
