论儒家伦理教育思想及其现代价值

摘    要:儒家从人的成长与塑造、社会的安顿与治理方面凸显了伦理教育的地位、作用与价值,并从德教与文教的角度较好地论述了道德教育的重要性,提出了“行忠信”、“明人伦”、“隆礼贵义”等理论,主张从社会的道德原则规范和个人道德品质德性方面进行培育熏陶,通过“因材施教”、“教养结合”、“慎言敏行”、“寓情于理”等方法,以实现《大学》中所提出的“明明德”、“新民”和“止于至善”的目的。儒家关于伦理教育的理论,剔除其封建性的糟粕,是可以为当代社会的精神文明和伦理教育服务的。

Abstract:Confucianism had stressed on moral education from becoming noble minded person and a public order of society. It had also proved the importance of moral education. About the content of moral education, Confucianism had put forward its theory such as "practice devotion and truthfulness"," know human relations in ethics"," highly valued the courtesy and justice". It hold that people should be. Cultivated in the moral regulation and character to realize the goals that The great learning teaches " illustrate illustrious virtue","renovate the people","rest in the highest excellence". About the way of moral education, Confucianism had raised a point of" teach students in accordance with their aptitude"," education combine with cultivation"," careful speech and quick action", " example is better than precept," take feeling into reason" and attached importance to the objectivity, stratification, continuity, practicality of moral education. The theory in moral educatio of Confucianism may be serve to the moral construction of our time as long as reject its dross.
