| 摘 要： | 软件企业的知识密集型特征和开发团队的人员特性决定了信任在其开发团队知识管理中具有重要作用.通过分析软件开发团队的特点和信任的概念，明确了软件开发团队中的信任的概念，并就信任对软件开发团队知识管理的影响机制进行了分析，在前人对知识管理和信任机制研究的基础上，将信任形式与信任半径相结合，给出软件开发团队中信任的动态发展模型。

| Abstract: | The knowledge intensive feature of software enterprises and different people's characters in the development team decide that, trust plays an important role in the team's knowledge management. Through elaborating software development team's feature and trust's definition, this paper identifies the definition of trust in software development team, illustrates the trust's influence mechanism to the software development team's knowledge management. On the base of former research on knowledge management and trust mechanism, it combines the form of trust and radius of trust, and gives a dynamic development model of trust in the software development team. |
