| 摘 要： | 随着全球化的来临、信息与通讯技术的迅猛发展、金融监管制度的变化,我国金融机构面临着巨大的挑战和机遇,金融服务创新也日益凸现其重要性,本文在案例基础上,从项目层面、企业层面研究金融服务创新过程,阐述了该过程中各阶段的特点。
