| Abstract: | The idea of human beings' overall development is logically related to the theory of demographical development.Institutional innovation is the theoretical response to the idea of human beings' overall development while the institutional innovation of demographical development is best represented by the institutional innovation of the demographical mechanism including the macro system of population control,market orientation and transformation of the functions of the government. |
