| 摘 要： | 高校是为国家培养人才的地方,建立良好的高校文化氛围,既有利于高校教师身心健康,也有利于青年教师和年轻学子的成长、成才。学报作为高校的学术期刊,在高校文化建设中可发挥理论引导作用;学报形式多样的编辑活动也可对高校文化建设起到推动作用;同时通过学报这个公开的媒体可促进高校与外界的文化交流。只要学报编辑敢于创新,开拓进取,就能让学报在高校文化建设中做出更大的贡献。

| Abstract: | Colleges are places where talents are cultivated.Good college cultural environment is good for both teachers and students.As academic journals,journals of colleges can guide college culture construction theoretically.Various editorial activities can promote college culture construction.As public media,journals of colleges can improve culture exchanges between colleges. |
