论完善我国私营企业清算法律制度

我国私营企业的健康发展需要完善的法律制度。清算制度作为企业退出市场之前的重要制度,对私营企业来说是非常重要的。因为任何企业在退出市场之前必须通过清算,也只有通过清算,企业才能进行正常的生产经营活动。但由于我国目前清算法律制度存在若干不足,一定程度上影响私营企业顺畅地退出市场,从事正常的生产经营活动。因此,需要立足我国的国情,适当借鉴相关国家的立法,贯彻社会本位、公正和国家适度干预的原则以完善之。
