| 摘 要： | 中华人民共和国的根本政治制度是人民代表大会制度，也是我国的政权组织形式。一直以来，人们把“议行合一”原则与人民代表大会制度混为一谈，把“议行合一”和人民代表大会制度等同起来。尽管人民代表大会制度与“议行合一”有着千丝万缕的联系，但是如若将两者混同起来，则不利于我国人民代表大会制度的建设和发展。

| Abstract: | The fundamental political system of PRC is The System of People＇s Congresses, which is also the type of organization regime of our state. For a long time, people have confused and equated Combination of Legislative and Executive Powers to The System of People＇s Congresses together. Although they have some affiliation, they should not be confused,other wise, it is harmful to the construction and development of The System of People＇s Congresses of P.R.C. |
