可持续发展的草原生态经济模式--甘肃牧区生态经济问题研究

长期延续下来的传统经济模式 ,是牧区生态 -经济恶性循环关系链的基础 ,是导致牧区经济贫困落后和草原生态急剧退化的共同根源。由于现有的大部分政策措施都只针对已经浮现出来亟待解决的牧区经济问题和生态环境问题 ,并未触及这些问题产生的根源 ,因而只能治标不能治本。解决牧区生态经济问题的关键在于改造传统农牧业经济模式 ,使其向可持续发展的牧区生态经济模式转变。构建以草原生态牧业、草原生态工业、草原生态旅游业为主体框架的生态经济模式 ,是加快牧区经济发展、治理草原生态退化的有效途径

Sustainable Development of Ecological Pastoral Economy Mode—Problem Research of Ecological Economy in Pastoral Areas of Gansu

Being a main basis of unhealthy circle of ecological economy in pastoral areas, traditional economic mode led to undeveloped economy and ecological degeneration of the pastureland. Although measures have been taken to solve the existing economic and ecological problems, they haven't got to the essence of the problems and are not real solutions. Therefore, the key to these problems is to reform traditional mode so as to develop a sustainable one. And the ways to speed economic development and prevent ecological degeneration of pastureland are as follows: constructing ecological economy mode in forms of ecological husbandry, industry and tourism of pastureland.
