| Abstract: | Information literacy is a new concept in net information times, and necessary quality of innovative talents. This paper deals with the methods for university library to give full play to its dominant position in resources such as information, intelligence and technology to train students' information literacy including information consciousness, information competence and information morality in the network environment. |
