当前农村法治建设的现状和对策探讨

农村法治建设是我国社会主义法治建设的重要组成部分,是我国法治建设的重点和难点,在我国的法治建设进程中处于重要地位。但是目前农村法治建设存在一些问题,与建设社会主义和谐新农村的要求还有很大的差距。分析了农村法治建设存在这些问题的原因,提出了应该从发展农村经济,健全农村法律体系,加大普法教育力度,完善农村法治运行机制,强化农民思想道德教育的方面来加强农村法治建设。
