| 摘 要： | 社会分工在实现社会和谐中的作用一直为思想家所关注。社会分工是构建和谐社会的关键,这是因为社会分工制约着各种社会关系,制约着社会结合的方式并促进着社会结构的优化。我们可以通过社会分工在社会结构中的地位来探讨我国现阶段构建社会主义和谐社会的现实性。

| Abstract: | Thinkers are always interested in the action of social division to social harmonious. Social division is the actual condition to built a harmonious society because social division not only restricts all social relations and form of social unity but also promotes optimization of social structure. We can discuss the actualization to build socialism harmonious society from the angle of social division in the social structure. |
