| 摘 要： | 高校学报与研究生教育有内在关系。一方面高校学报刊登研究生论文反映高校研究生培养水平 ;另一方面研究生论文是高校学报的重要稿源之一。高校学报在刊用研究生论文方面存在“人情稿”、“关系稿”和“一概拒绝录用”两种偏差。对此 ,高校学报需完善审稿制度 ,形成激励机制 ,发挥学报促进研究生教育发展的辅助作用

| Abstract: | There is an inherent link between university journals and graduate education. On the one hand, graduate students' these being published in the university journals reflect the level of graduate students; on the other hand, graduate students' these are one of the important contribution sources of university journals. There are two kinds of deviations of the university journals in accepting graduate students' theses, which are adopting the contributions due to personal relations or refusing the contributions without exception. As to these problems, the university journals need to perfect its system of reviewing manuscripts or drafts, form an incentive mechanism, and give play to their supplementary function of promoting the development of graduate education. |
