高等学校辅导员角色发展趋势

On the Developmental Trend of the Role of Instructor in Charge of the College Political and Ideological Education

The system of political instructor is an important component of institutions of higher learning with Chinese characteristics. It has taken its own course and has progressed step by step keeping pace with society, economy and education of the times. This paper holds that the demand for ensuring the socialist orientation of colleges or universities is the foundation of the system; that the need for unifying the college and the individual is a protracted pursuit of an instructor; and that the requirement for students＇comprehensive growth is a driving force of the role. In view of the trend of diversification, specialization and modernization, university instructors in the new period are positioned as organizers of students＇ ideological and political education, supervisors and service providers of student affairs, and promoters for students＇ transformation to socialization.
