| Abstract: | China＇ s real estate market is at a turning point,it is very important that we make sure how to go with the tide, take the opportunity and seize the initiative. This article analyses four development models of real estate enterprises in China, analyses the influence on China＇s real estate industry by establishing a real estate business-oriented development model, and provides the countermeasure and advice on how to push the change of the real estate development model in China. |
