| 摘 要： | 公司是社会财富的最大创造者 ,是时代发展进步的原动力。通过对公司制度的起源、历史发展过程的分析 ,可以看出正是由于公司制度的价值观基础从“个人本位”转向“社会本位”的历史变迁 ,造就了现代公司制度的辉煌大发展时期。

| Abstract: | Company is the greatest creator of social wealth and also primary power of social development and progress.Through analysing the origin and the historical developing course of company system.we can find that it is because of the historical changes of company system's value foundation from "individual standard"to "social standard" that has achieved the bright and great developing period of modern company system. |
