| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育告别精英时代走进大众化时代遭遇到两个主要问题:一是优质生源危机,这是高等教育和高中教育发展过程中共存或潜在危机;二是毕业生就业不畅,加剧生源危机,这两方面问题直接影响高等教育持续健康的发展.针对高等教育和高中教育的生源状况,从我国人口基本情况和政治、经济与教育发展状况,探讨两高发展中的生源状况以及产生危机的原因,提出有关解决策略.

| Abstract: | The two major problems in higher education of our country from the age of excellent students to the age of popular education:one is the shortage of excellent students,which is the coexistuing crisis in higher education and high school education;the other is the shortage of job for graduates,which aggraoates the shortage of student source.It affects directly sustainable and healthy development of higher education. |
