成都理工大学辅导员队伍激励机制研究

摘    要:改革开放三十年来,我国的高等教育取得了巨大成就,成都理工大学也实现了飞速发展。随着改革开放的深入,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作具有十分重要的意义。文章通过回顾成都理工大学辅导员队伍建设以及所取得的成绩,分析了科学的辅导员队伍激励机制建设的必要性,由此提出了推行目标责任制;制定合理的分配制度;进一步健全业务培训制度;高度重视辅导员职业生涯规划管理等完善成都理工大学辅导员队伍激励机制的几点建议。

Abstract:Higher education in China has achieved a spectacular performance since the Reform and Opening-up policy was made in 1978.During this period,Chengdu University of Technology also has made a fast development.It is very important for it to further strengthen the ideological and political education and management for college students from now on.The college counselors are the main force in this aspect.Based on studying the necessity of building the counselor team's incentive mechanism of Chengdu University of Technology,this paper analyzed the attributes that the scientific incentive mechanism of college counselor team should have.Then this paper gave some advice.
