旅游导向型城镇化 RIS 模式及实践应用--以温州雁楠国家风景名胜区为例

旅游导向型城镇化已成为我国新型城镇化发展中十分重要的类型。在一些风景名胜区尤其是城郊型风景名胜区内部也已逐渐形成一些具有鲜明职能特色的旅游城镇,其旅游导向型城镇化发展具有独特规律和特征。从“人·业·空间”一体化视角,提出风景名胜区旅游导向型城镇化发展的 RIS 模式,即“R(Resi-dent,人)、I(Industry,产业)、S(Space,空间)”三要素一体化驱动下的旅游导向型城镇化发展。这一模式在雁楠国家风景名胜区中得到了操作性应用,并取得较好效果,为风景名胜区城镇化提供了可持续发展的模式与途径,具有十分重要的理论意义与实践价值。

RIS Model and its Application in Tourism Oriented Urbanization:A Case Study of Yannan National Scenic Area of Wenzhou

Tourism oriented urbanization has become an important type of urbanization in our country. In some landscape resorts,especially in suburb scenic spots,some tourism towns with particular functions have been gradually formed and the tourism oriented urbanization as such has its unique characteristics.To promote the integration of resident,industry and space,this paper puts forward the RIS model for the landscape resorts,namely,the integrated development of R (Resident),I (In-dustry),and S (Space)in tourism oriented urbanization.The model is applied to studying Yannan National Scenic Area and a path of sustainable development is explored for the new urbanization of landscape resorts,which has a great theoretical and practical implication.
