| 摘 要： | 在大力坚持“引进来”和“走出去”相结合的对外开放战略下，我国境外经济贸易合作区的选择和建设逐渐成为理论界所关注的问题。本文首先从空间布局入手研究境外经济贸易合作区投资区位分布的现状和特点，并根据区位因素选择的依据，提出决定境外经济贸易合作区的一般区位因素和特殊区位因素。以此为基础，本文对我国合作区的区位分布趋势进行了推测，不仅从企业层面提出投资建议，更从政府层面提出政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | In insistently pursuing the strategies of ＂attracting foreign investment＂ and ＂investing abroad＂, where to construct oversea economic trade and cooperative zone becomes the concern in the academic field. This paper firstly analyzes the characteristic of economic and trade cooperative zones, followed by the general and specific decisive factors. Then it predicts the distribution trend of oversea economic and trade cooperative zones, with suggestion on investment and policy presented. |
